The lasagna is one of the world famous pastas liked by all. It looks like flat shaped bread with some sauce toppings. Lasagna is rich in minerals, proteins, carbohydrates and fat. ¼ kilogram of wheat flour is required to make the dough. The rolling machine and sheets are must to convert the dough into flat pastas. The rolling can be done until the desired length is acquired. Eggs, olive oil, salt, chopped onion, garlic, butter, milk are the additional ingredient to make the mixtures. Red wine, Italian seasonal toppings are made to add the good effect for taste.

Take the needed amount of flour on the slab. Make a medium gap or hole in the middle of the flour to make some mixture in it. Now pour ten eggs in that hole, olive oil and a pinch of salt. You can keep the eggs ready in another bowl for your convenience. Now beat all the eggs with the hand and mix it thoroughly. Make smoother dough by mixing the egg with the flour. The continuous mixing with the palm makes the dough the smoother one. The dough should be rolled to produce the desired shapes. The pasta rolling machine or rolling sheets can be used to roll the dough. Cut the dough into manageable pieces and put it in rolling machine. Take another separate pan and put four ounces of butter and include some amount of flour in it after two minutes of boiling. Boil the milk and add some pepper. Pour the milk into the butter and flour mixture. Stir it quickly so that it may not get stick to the pan. A paste like butter mixture will be obtained. For dressing keep a layer of pasta followed by butter mixture and meat sauce. Repeat it twice to obtain tastiest lasagna.
