The ingredients are many but are easily available 3 cups of gluten free rolled oats (few oats types are mixed with wheat, so make sure you get oats that are gluten free). 1 cup brown rice flour, ½ cup packed light or dark brown sugar of your choice, 1 spoon cinnamon, ½ spoon nutmeg, 1 spoon baking soda, ¼ spoon salt, 2 spoons of salba, ¼ cup of raisins, ¼ cup of dried cranberries, ¼ cup dried blue berries, ¼ cup chopped dried dates, 2 spoon sesame seeds, 2 spoons of flax seeds, if you wish you can also add coconut powder and all kinds of nuts of your choice. Mix all the above items one by one in a blow, to bind all these dry things we need to prepare a mix in another bowl. Take another bowl add ¾ cup of hone, ½ cups melted butter, 3 egg white blended well and 1 spoon vanilla to enhance the flavor. Mix well you get a paste pour this in the other bowl and mix all together. Pre heat the oven at 350 degrees, take an oven try and apply some non stick spray spread the mixer evenly and press it with your hand, keep it in the oven for 20 minutes. Once ready cool it and cut it into bars, your healthy gluten free bar is ready with full of nutrients, vitamins and minerals complete diets that will give you great energy.
